The "Smartplug" device – an intelligent monitoring and regulation system –can be used in devices of any make. It is an additional module intended for communication with suction or other devices using a GSM network from remote access.
By using this system, we acquire a permanent overview of the condition of the device and are able to respond immediately in the case of any anomaly. Its concept allows a wide range of uses, such as:

- temperature measuring
- pressure measuring
- measuring of operation hours state
- monitoring of electric power consumption and compressed air consumption
- announcement of an alarm state and warning concurrently with the delivery of messages to preset phone numbers and e-mail addresses

Upgrade (systems modernisation):

An important aspect of our service activity is the possibility of modernising originally installed systems which do not comply with the legislation or structural requirements of the relevant production process. This activity is aimed at minimisingthe investment costs of a plant while maintaining the technical and legislative requirements. The performance of an audit (assessment) of the VZT system is a precondition.
